MISK AI (app “MISK AI Social”) lets businesses receive and reply to Messenger and Instagram Direct messages and comments in a shared inbox. You can delete your data at any time:

Businesses that connected a Facebook Page / Instagram account

1. Revoke access: on Facebook go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business Integrations, select MISK AI Social and click Remove. This invalidates our access token and stops all message delivery.
2. Delete stored data: send a request through our contact page or a message to our Facebook Page with your business name and the connected Page/Instagram account. We delete all conversations, comments, access tokens and channel settings.
